On March 29th, 2025, Helping the Home Front hosted an annual 8K Run/Walk, bringing together a wonderful community for a day filled with excitement and sunshine to fundraise for active-duty military and their families. The event kicked off with a Kids Fun Run, which set the stage for an incredible 8K race.
Under perfect sunny skies and a refreshing breeze, over 80 participants took to the course, ranging in age from 9 to 70. The race saw some impressive performances, with a father crossing the finish line first while pushing a race wagon carrying his two young daughters. He was followed closely by two Regent students.
This event was a celebration of family and fitness, with participants of all ages joining in to support active-duty military.
Mark your calendars for our next race on March 28th, 2026. Stay tuned for more details!
